On Oct. 5 GPM*PERFECT TORTILLA shells were ordered for a stated "bottom line" amount of $17.95 (merchandise S&H). The merchandise was delivered for a credit card charge of $48.80. The charge was protested to the credit card company and GPM was called regarding the disputed charge. GPM would not handle nor admit their error and long as the account was in dispute. The credit card company was helpful and later gave full credit (refund) for the charge. GPM would not give a return shipping mailing label nor postage for their error. Conclusion, never buy when S&H charges are more than the product and moreover never buy from GPM.
