Very upset about my trip to Target on route 17K, Newburgh, New York. My parents came to Target to buy several sunglasses which were picked up in the $1 section. These sunglasses turn out to be $3. Because my parents came from another county, they did not speak English; so when they saw the sign, which said "Water... $1", was under the sun glasses basket, they thought these sunglasses were $1. The cashier explained to me that these sun glasses had difference prices but none of them were $1; and they were all in the basket in the $1 section.
The way target put up the price tag for their products were so confusing. Target expected everyone came to shop at their store to know English.in addition, the cashier was rude, she appearred to be annoyed since I told her I did not want the sunglasses since they were $3.
