Dear Sir,

Ktaft Europe mail me with ref. Of my Pack and I never received.

Im trying to speak with them more than one Mouth.
They just call me from amsterdam last week telling that I will receive a call last friday. That do not happen. They dont answer my emails.
I alredy make a complain in european suport to frauds In internet.

Please, I want to have a feed-back.

PS I can explain clerly if I can write In Portuguese.
