I am currently suing TD Ameritrade. They sold an option without my permission or knowledge while I was watching the screen, waiting to sell it as it had just started moving up. This was at 2:45 pm and there was an hour and 15 min before the call would expire. They were callous and ignorant and told me they can sell it anytime they want the whole closing day, even though I always sell my calls at the last 10 minutes. This trick cost me 1000 dollars and i am suing them for 5.
