I am going through the same thing right now as the complaint before me. I just recieved the email yesrerday with the form to have sent out with my account information on it. If i did not have the feeling this was a scam i probably would have done it. I have to have surgery and i have to come up with $12,000 for the surgery if i don't have it i will end up on disability and i don't want that. What this company and this Mr. Phillip Johnson is doing is getting honest peoples hopes and dreams alive just to hurt them it is wrong and something should be done about it!
