Over the phone with an "unknown" caller i.D.
Says he is from Microsoft and I have a problem with my computer which he will fix for me. Wants to take over my computer to do so. He must think I'm CRAZY to allow that. These calls come in almost daily, and irk the S*t out of me! How can I identify them with no phone number?
