This company called my home this morning telling us that our computer was not working right. They said they were Microsoft which in fact they are not associated with them at all.
They get you to log onto your computer then they hack into it. Then they demand money to fix it. If you don't give them money they lock you out of your computer til you pay them to fix it.
They are scammers they are impersonating people from Microsoft and they are hackers and hold your computer hostage.
When I looked at my caller Id i found this number 1 888 758 3881.
I called this number and was told by a man by the name of Robbie that anyone could say they were that company. No way! The number was traced to them and no one else.
I have to pay someone to fix what they did.
