Deceptive, deliberate mishandling, missing items

I hired this moving company per reccommendations. Many boxes crushed, piano ruined, furniture and boxes missing, uses Craigs list for movers not professionals - no ramp, no lift!!! Attemptted to make me pay more cash on a binding agreement. Horrific experience — response from manager is minimal. Unwilling to "make it right" keep giving me the run around. Approx $30,000 in lost items and damages
