I signed up for 3 months on 'Over 50's dating' and stipulated on the enrolment form that it was for the 3 months only. Then I found that my subscription had been renewed against my express wishes and the money deducted from my account. When I approached the company, they refused to refund the renewal claiming that they had an automatic renewal system and that I had to cancel the subscription before it was renewed to prevent any further renewal. Utter tosh. I expressly stated that the subscription was for 3 months only. This company is stealing money. Do not have anything to do with them.
