I ordered flowers on the internet from PRO FLOWERS.com and after a few days this company was charging my account for $12.97 each month since June. I was reviewing my bill and saw this charge and called the company and they said they would not refund anything from the past but would cancel any future charges. I had never authorized this charge to begin with. I called my bank and they are pursuing a fraud investigation.
