I was a member some years ago of Meetic, an on-line dating agency, and was approached by email by them several times earlier this year. I decided to re-join as they used to be good. I paid £77.94 on 19 April and another £77.94 was taken from my account on 15 October. I have had no notifications of any kind from them since then and have tried to contact them. They seem to no longer exist. I want them to refund my money and not to take any more money from my bank account. Can you help?
