Ordered online and never received the goods in Australia.
Sent multiple emails stating the receipt no and the amount paid and never received a reason why the goods had not yet arrived.
I always got a generic email back saying;
'Hi friend,
Sorry for late reply.
I will check for you as soon as possible.
If you have any other question, please feel free to contact us.

After receiving this a few times, I happened to come across someone else's complaint after looking for the website again.
