Kindle Gift Book Download Failed, Only Store Credit Offered

Gave a Kindle book as Christmas gift. The download link did not work.

Agent was pleasant, but after near 45 min. On phone still unable to get book downloaded.

Wanted refund, but only able to get a store credit.

I will never send another Kindle book as a gift.
