23UB" to immediately send $980.By Money Gram toward the "non-resident tax fee of $1950. For the UK, and then call him again for directions for sending the balance of $970.
I became suspicious. And, in fact, their check never cleared. This obviously is a scam which ought be reported and followed up on. Thanks for doing so.
