Included was a check for $4900 for non-resident tax. They urge you to deposit your check at your bank and then contact you claim agent immediately to receive instructions on how to pay the taxes via money gram so that lottery winnings will be released to you ASAP.
Do not cash this check! They will recieve access to your bank information and you will be scammed!
