Purchased a Diamonelle ring in July. Only worn occasionally. Noticed Oct 5th a stone missing. Contacted The Shopping Channel to have the stone replaced. Was told I was over their 30 day return limit and refused any help. Congratulations Shopping Channel you have permanently lost a customer.
