I purchased the $4.99 trial offer and was very explicit that this was the only order and declined the monthly supplements. I received an additional product froom this company which I did not order. I called the company and they told me I would have to send the product back and then they would reimburse me. I told them that was not exceptable and would refuse the package and call my credit card company. The representative changed directions and advised me the charges would be reimbursed. Later in the month I found out I was charged and additional $239.96 on my credit card even though I received an e-mail stating all current charges would be reversed and no additional charges would follow since I canceled all further orders. I attempted to call the company, all phone #s were either disconnected or referred to an e-mail address.
I contacted my credit card company, they gave me credit for the $239.96 on my next bill and they will refuse any further charges from this company.
