I initially paid money on 04 October. I had second thoughts about this and felt that the whole issue sounded suspicious. I emailed the company and requested a refund.
I then received an automated response telling me that they couldn't handle refunds from email or voicemail requests. I was given a 888 number to ring but, being in Australia, we don't have 888 numbers and I can't call overseas. I requested a local contact but all I get in response is the automated (Inappropriate Content Removed) from Abby.
Does anybody know where they are? How can I get my refund?
