To be truthful, I did eventually get my tickets but it was through no help of this company. Upon getting my tickets, I received an automated: your tickets have arrived! Which was by pure luck and a lot of leg work on my end. I emailed Bly and said I didn't appreciate how they handle this situation, to which I was told that I was a " (Inappropriate Content Removed)" " (Inappropriate Content Removed)", and a "self righteous (Inappropriate Content Removed)".
