Back in August I sent for the trial kit which cost me £3.95 - no paperwork or contact details arrived with this - that was fine as I had no intention of buying anymore of the products. However in September £59.95 was deducted from my bank account and as I had not ordered any more products could not understand why. I wrote to the company in Israel as that was the only contact address I couyld find on the box - guess what NO REPLY - then on the 25th October a further £49.95 was deducted from my account - yesterday another box of creams arrived of which I had not ordered. Apparently I have now managed to find out that when I purchased the trial offer the company automatically signed me up to Autorefill - this means every month they send you a box of creams whether you ask for them or not. I was furious about this, the terms and conditions which I found on the internet are very confusing but I have contacted the London Office via email and am awaiting a reply from them BE VERY AWARE - I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT PURCHASE THE TRIAL KIT.
