I ordered a pair of dress shoes. Immediately I had reservations they were legit. So I did some checking. Scam alert said the site was registered to some guy in Seattle - website is British. The email contact on the site is to a Deborah something - personal G-Mail account. I checked my Pay-Pal billing to a Chinese name. The site does not give delivery times, nor do they charge appropriate taxes for state/province - BIG give away. Over a one week period I sent two emails - zero response.
I opened a claim with Pay-Pal - last night the sided with me and I will be receiving a full refund.
Lesson learned - order from known sites. If unknown - background check before ordering. Sites like this one (usacomplaints.com) can save you the hassle of waiting for Pay-Pal to investigate.
I need shoes. I am going into a store today to purchase. That way I won't have to send them back if they don't fit.
If you read this and still go ahead and order from this site, you deserve to get the sponge others say they received.
Take the time and register with Pay-Pal to protect your credit card information. I can see this being a lot worse if I ordered directly with Visa or Mastercard.
