I was sold an offer for a photoshoot for myself and a friend including:

- High Fashion Makeover with a Top Make-up Artist from T. V and Film
- Magazine style photoshoot (3 wardrobe changes)
- Complimentary photo in High resolution of your choice on a CD
- Free entry to London's Exclusive Nightclubs (valid for 6 months)
I came for my photoshoot 28th September. The service was not satisfactory with everyone running late. I was promised a manicure and facial etc. Like stated above which did not happen as the make up artisit did not turn up. Only present was a photographer and hair dresser.
However I remained patient and continued the photoshoot and selected 5 photos to be sent to me. I did not receive the photos taken. I was told I would receive in a week and it has ben over a month. I have kept calling Priyanka (woman who does thebooking) on the phone, who has not provided me with any update.in my last call she hung up on me.
I was promised a £90 refundable deposit or 5 photos none of which has been provided. The bad behaviour by the woman on the phone has further aggravated me.
All I want is my money back which was promised.
