I ordered a steve madden coat on nov 28, it has almost been 2 months and not only have i not received my money back (promised by jennifer on monday with in 48hrs from monday) jennifer yelled at me and claimed it was my fault for not getting the guy that filed my fedex compliants name! She was so rude and dishonest. Honestly with so many people out of jobs, why the heck do you hire bad customer service reps? I will make sure to tell everyone i know not to buy from beyond the rack.
