Corrected complaint) I purchased on 10-23 a tablet pc for my daughter. My credit card history proves that a transaction of $74.53 was in fact approved and delivered to GB *UTGPAY BEIJING CNUS - I have yet to receive the tablet. I googled this GB *UTGPAY BEIJING CNUS only to find NOTHING on them. I am VERY upset with the fact that I have been emailing customer support and the ONLY response from all 3 complaints was "send us your transaction ID number" when I have clearly stated that my credit card history is the ONLY proof of the transaction, as well as the 69 points I supposedly received on the website for my purchase. The order tracking page on the site STATES that I HAVE NOT paid. This is so frustrating... Please help! I feel like I've been conned and I feel entitled to more than just a refund. These people are professional con artists - this company should be sued!!
