Their "no question asked refund" but you cannot "chat" with them because when you clock on "chat" there is no response. I have been waiting 16 days for them to unock my phone and nothing has happened. It is still locked. I regret ever enlisting the help of this company. I will continue to try to get my money back. But please do not do business with them. It is a scam!!!
