I received my Visa statement today and noticed that I had a charge of $49.95 on my credit card. I had made no purchase from the named company, ECESupport.com.
I called the company to let them know I didn't make a purchase. They said a purchase was made and I would have to pay the $49.95. They were willing to cancel the account at my request. I will place a complaint with my bank to see if they will cancel the charges to my card.
