I received a package with FIRMbones dietary supplement from a company enutra - 101. There was no receipt/packing slip inside the package. I looked in my bank accounts and didn't see any unknown charges. I then noticed a charge of $49.95 on my Chase Disney Rewards credit card that I did not recognize from a ECESUPPORT.com I went to the website and it was a charge dispute site. First thought, "wtf?" Second though, "better call this number on the cc bill". Called the 877 number on the bill asking what the charge was for and from what company... They told me. I told them I made no such purchase and they said they would refund my money. I then called the credit card company and disputed the charge. I then found this site online and read all of the complaints. Called them back to make sure I would be refunded and they told me to send the product back within 30 days or I would not be refunded. I asked for the address and they gave me a different address than was on the package. The company name was healthy choice and the address was 1417 Dolgner (or Bolgner... Couldn't understand the man) Place Sanford, FL 32771. The enutra - 101 address was PO Box 30816 Salt Lake City, UT 84130. Upon further internet research, found that the Florida address was also associated with a fraudulent charge on someone else's account from a company called Terneckhelp.com. THEN, found out that this website was associated with other websites that gave fraudulent charges to credit cards. These were medchelp.com, H-MSupport, thinmax.com, eastcohe and were related to an initial order of Acai berry weight loss pills or toothpaste.
