My husband ordered the free trial product. After the product arrived, he emailed the company several times to cancel, after the first delivery arrived, another delivery arrived and he was charged again. They did not respond to any email. I phoned the company and complained about what I considered to be a scam, I was assured the account had been cancelled. I was held on the phone a long time and was treated like I was a criminal for wanting to cancel. I have now paid for postage, long phone calls from Australia and over $150. Having read other complaints it seems to be the same scam just a different country / location. I am now worried that my card details have been used elsewhere as another
