I ordered a product on 23.09.11 which still hasnt arrived, [15.10.11] I emailed the company canceling order, but they still billed me on the 8.10.11 which was a Saturday.
They said in their advertisment that the trial period commenced from day of purchse and that it took 3-5 days for delivery, I sent an email to cancel when 14 days had passed - [after delivery was due]. I have been charged $89.62 on the 8.10.11 for a product I have not received and now dont expect to receive.
