I ordered a pair of boots on October 12. My transaction completed through PayPal but my boots never arrived. The order continued to show as "pending" on the merchant site, even though the money had been withdrawn from my account for two weeks. I e-mailed the seller three times and never received a response. Today I received a very tiny package from China containing a sponge instead of my boots. This is a scam.
