William Blake of VEL (02071838876) contacted me on 17th April through my association with Knowledge to Action/Trader University and Richard Harvey persuaded me to buy CarbonCredits (the next BIG investment after gold and oil) at £6 each in the Yingpeng HFC23 Decomposition forestry projectin China. I bank transfered funds to Halifax account vero energy acc #30428700 sort code 11-18-11. Paperwork signed by Clarissa (Rose) Etheridge Director.
Daniel Hart later contacted me to upgrade me to platinum level and traded out of my first investment at £7.34 per unit and into a 3 stage Offset, corporate investment for further funds.
By 2 July when my trade should have completed, Daniel promised paperwork by end of the week but subsequently I could not contact them.By the end of July, VEL had disappeared from their office in Canary Wharf, phone connections and website.
I lost over £25K to these scammers.
