In June I contacted Brian Calpin, to represent me in a child support issue. We agreed to a fee $800.00 and I transfered $400.00 partial payment to his office in June via phone transfer. Since June I have made several attempts to contact Brian Calpin, via phone or email but Brian Calpin has yet to return any of my calls or email messages. At this time I am requesting a refund of my $400.00, so that I can obtain another attorney to represent me in my legal issues.
