A check voucher for $29.95 appeared on my checking account with my bank routing and account number. I called the number on the voucher and was told that I had purchased something over the web. When I told them I had not, they said it must have been miss-keyed and they would credit my account in 5 to 15 days. I asked them what I had supposedly purchased and they said they couldn't tell by looking at the transaction. When I asked how they could have possibly miss-keyed the bank routing number and my account number, they said it happens pretty often. Yeah right! I had to close my account and I have filed a fraud report with my bank. I know I won't get the money back but I sure hope they catch them.
