Problems with leather couch/chair and no satisfaction. Have contacted the company and the extended warranty. Because the furniture is more than a year old, the company cannot do anythingn for us and the extended warranty that we purchase at the cost of $200 for 5 yrs are telling us it is a manufacturing defect. We are not getting any sort of help for any of this. Have been in contact numerous times with both the company and the extended warranty, to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
