This person and her husband Tom Schiavo hired us to cater her wedding on September 22. There ended up being many more guests than we were told, and we had to scramble to buy and prepare extra food. Mrs. Schiavo turned into "bridezilla" and was unhappy that we were not getting food out to the guests quickly enough. Not only did she refuse to pay for the extra food, but she refused to pay her bill at all! The happy couple went off on their honeymoon and we went to the poorhouse! Never do any work for these scam artists unless you get cash upfront!
