I had some property, lot Lake Panarama, that I had listed on Craig's List. I received a response from this guy saying that he was very interested and would add $100 to the selling price if I would take it off the listing. I had emailed him back saying that that would be great and for him to give me a call. He then responded saying that he didn't have time with his work schedule to make calls. I thought that was a bit fishy. I am done with that dude. Pretty new to the online advertising thing, so thanks for the "warnings" that you post on the Craig's List site. Thank God!!!
