I received a call from VISA fraud alert to warn me about a possible unauthorized charge to one of my accounts. After examining the situation it was indeed a fraudulent charge. I called VendoSupport to get the charge removed and they stated that they would remove it within 15 business days but they had a very nasty attitude and they asked more questions than I wanted to answer in order to get them to remove the charges. These people and all other companies or individuals who make these unauthorized charges need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
