Paid £12.00 for 2 pairs of glasses 2.00 in September. I ordered One grey pair and one brown pair. I Received brown and blue via post with a note saying grey had finished so have sent blue. I returned the blue pair with an email saying please refund £6.00 or send another pair of brown as I didn't order blue and don't want them. Promised a refund via email in June (after many emails). The refund never arrived despite my giving them address etc. I have receipt plus email promising a refund.
