I have found a charge for the amount of $9.99 to my mobile phone, my service provider was able to waive the charge and provided me the information to this company.
When contacting the company they told me I have subscribed to this company by downloading either a game or a ringtone... Well, that is incorrect as none of these scenarios ever happened. They also told me I had voluntarely subscribed to receive their services. I had now cancelled my 'subscription' and made it clear I do not intend to pay for their services.
I should point out that about a month ago I received a text message from this company, it was a marketing text from their company, at the time I ignored the text, but now I realize it was their way to let me know 'I had subscribed'.
