I got a phone call on my cell phone saying I had won a number of gift cards, as a thank you for a recent online survey I had completed. Something related to Walmart (which I have ZERO interest in, so I knew right away it was not right).
She insisted she would not be collecting any personal info, or try to sell me anything and prodded me to get online and type in wakanetwork.com. Of course I typed it into google, instead of my browser because I don't need any viruses from going to weird websites, and found that this is a scam. I don't know if the caller was real or a robot, but the more I think about it, it could very well have been a new gen automated call. Very life-like, but suspicious pauses and slightly off responses. If they call back, I'm totally going to mess with them before I make my request to be taken off the call list. Don't give out any personal info!
