Scam-a-lama-ding-dong! Received phone call from (219) 232-0133. Since I live in that area code, I answered. Like others before me, she said I won gift cards for $10 gas and $100 Walmart and $50 Waka Network and since I already did the survey, there would be no additional costs. She said to go to computer. Using Google Chrome as my browser, I began typing in waka network and before I finished typing what she requested, the first things that started popping up were all these scam reviews! The girl (American, can you believe it? Very fast talker) kept asking if I was on their site yet. She asked what was on my screen. I told her when I was typing the website name all these scam reviews came up. She said, if you're getting an error or can't get there with Google Chrome use Internet Explorer. I only needed to read a couple reviews real quick as I was following her directions. When it came to entering CC info, I asked, "Why don't I see the https if this is a secure site"? She hung up.
Thank you, thank you Google and Scambook!!! You saved me some money today...
