I signed up for a free trial at a cupidbn website, then I called a representative to assure that my account was canceled. She reassured me several times that I would have to take no further action for my account to be canceled. Several months later, I find that cupidbn is still taking out 34.99 every month. I emailed them, thinking there was a mistake. They refused to give me my money back, even after I explained to them the situation and made it clear that I did, in fact, cancel my subscription. What can I do to get my money back?
