I bought 2 dresses on this site by debit card. It looked as if the transaction had not worked and I was suspicious so I decided to leave it and changed the status of the order to show cancelled. The money was then taken from my account. I received an email asking me to transfer the money by way of a bank transfer again and they would refund my debit card payment as otherwise they had to pay large bank charges. I asked them to simply provide a refund. They said they would but it never came. I then received an email to say that the order had been dispatched and a tracking number but the tracking number was invalid. They are not replying to my emails and the website has completely changed and will not show my account.
