I ordered a pair of Nike Free Run shoes from welovemall.com and they sent me the wrong color shoes, plus they are clearly knock-off shoes. I emailed them right away to tell them and it took 3 emails to get them to respond. They asked me to send them a photo of the shoes they sent me, so I did - TWICE. I asked them to send me the correct color, even though I suspected they were knock-offs. I wasn't even asking for a refund. I just wanted to exchange for the correct pair. It took 3 more emails to get them to respond again. Their response was, "Hello, That is the correct item you ordered. Just little difference which is unavoidable. Hope you can understand. Thanks, Tina." WHAT??? They were clearly the wrong color... Totally different. What kind of response was that? I emailed back that they needed to refund my money IMMEDIATELY and that I would contact the Better Business Bereau if they did not. I am waiting for a response, but probably won't get one. I have read many other complaints the same as mine about welovemall.com not giving refunds/exchanges. Do not order from them, ever!!!
