I have not received the dresses that I ordered for my wedding party of seven. My wedding day was August 25th. You had told me previously in the emails I have (as evidence,) that they may have been stuck at customs but assured me that they would be arriving shortly. It is now October 16. I paid you for these items and have also previously asked you for a refund as well as the dresses since they did not arrive for my wedding party. You stated that wouldn't be a problem. I am now out $600 and seven bridesmaid's dresses that I would like to give to my bridal party. They are entitled to the dresses we ordered for them and I am entitled to my refund.
The most recent email I have sent this morning:
Please make appropriate arrangements to refund my Visa for the amount that I paid you. As this matter has taken so long, you have 24 hours to respond back. If I do not hear back from you I will be taking this matter a step further. I also have noticed that your website is not longer available which does not surprise me in the least.
