Ordered Divan bed with mattress from an offer with KGB on 10/6. Buys a voucher for £299 which buys bed and mattress from F & F. They charged £20 for transportation. I had to chase this up for over 4 weeks after offer from KGB expired. On 29/6 I paid the £20 but during July and August no goods arrived. Phonecalls unanswered as were emails. Finally promised bed and a bed arrived at my daughters 4/9. When she got home she noted that the 'Ronin ' BED she expected turned out to be a Prado and we did not want this I believe they have failed us
