AK MANAGMENT took £79 without permission out of my account. They didn't even find me a loan but they still felt the need a week later to take this money from my account and said I'agreed' to it. Which I certainly did not. They're very clever and this is how they make their money. They stated they needed the card details to verify identity. Reading out terms and conditions from a script rather fast and perhaps worded differently to dupe the customer into agreeing to them basically accessing your money when they feel like it. Scum bags, no different to any other fraudsters. An absolute joke how these people are allowed to get away with this carry on. If we were do this to people we'd be criminals! Disgusting!
