Ordered Fruta Planta Pink Box Qty 6 off - Order number 10029775. Received Invoice on 5 October to say the order is processed. Supposed to email a tracking number but got excuses that its public holiday etc. Its now 16 October still no tracking number or parcel. I emailed insisting on a refund but only get 1 lined emails saying the following: hi, as the holiday all over the country till 08/10, so the order delay a few days, pl be careful, we will send ti as soon as possible!
