I responded to a gold for cash ad online. I googled it and it looked ligitimate. I then sent the packed as instucted with my items includedom September 24th. (I have pictures of everything) I have the tracking number. The funny thing about this tracking number is that I discovered it was already included in the information the sent before I got it from the Post Office. I've tried calling... No human being picks up the phone. You can't seem to get in touch with a real person. It's been about 3 week and I've yet to hear back from this company.in furthur research, i've discovered I am not the only one having problems with this. I think this should be reported to the Newspaper. Comsumer reports... Mark Stein should be exposed and fined if not jailed. Have yet to hear back from Mark Stein. I would like my jewlery returned especially since the 10 day deal doesn't apply seeing I have recieved nothing.
