Mark Stein is the owner. You send Jewellery. He does not respond in a timely manner. He then ends you an under-valued cheque outside of his 10 day return policy so that you cannot return it. He then keeps your jewellery, which is essentially an elaborate theft scheme. He eventually responds once reported to authorities and claims his 10 day return policy.
